Keepsakes Cafe - Mayon St. — Restaurant in Davao City

Keepsakes Cafe has a LOT of branches. I saw this on a Facebook post and I decided to go there due to its nice design and interior. But when searching for it on Google Maps, oh no, I can’t decide where exactly should i go. We went first to their Gov. Duterte branch only to find out it has already closed (temporarily? I don’t know). We then went to the nearest one, which is the Mayon branch.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I thought the place was unfinished but I guess that’s just how it was designed. The beach feels is there with all their wall decors (love the wall decors). But it was not airconditioned. There was no cakes or cupcakes offered. Some of the drinks were not available. I ended up having an iced coffee that was too sweet for my taste. I have not yet tried their food and pasta. But I will definitely give this another try. But not this branch. The prettiest branch, as I discovered, was near SM Ecoland. I was driving by a certain street when I passed by this very nice Keepsakes Cafe branch. I would definitely try it there.

But for the Mayon branch, I’m just giving it a 3-star review. Iced coffee was too sweet. There was not enough cakes/cupcakes available. The wall decors are very nice but all the rest are...

for my experience at first it is okay the ambience is okay, but the Service okay, maybe the crew who entertain us is unapproachable, maybe theres a quedtion that eritable to the other customers as me, but there serving, a wrong order, but they not approach us in a Good way, instead to there eyes we see and i see, are so predictable, to say on us that we are thieves but, they did not ask us the good, so why i go there counter abd said to them we pay a wrong order, why they did not ask us if we pay the wrong order or wrong serve foods, but they staring suspescious instead. , maybe i have fire inside me and asking them that we can pay. hoooo. Apology to us but serseously askibg question answers to our Questions is not acurate, ...blah blah.

We are very well traveled people and when we visit a place/city/county we look for places like cafes, popular restaurants, malls, parks, city activities or local activities. We happen to wanna check out this cafe because it's near the hotel and laundry shop. The cafe is ok, local business like a mom and pops style but not so trained employees, drinks are good, some local foods are good as well my wife ordered some, but waffles are horrible!!! The worst I've ever had! The waiters were confused and seemed to not know what they were doing. At 1st they gave the customers numbers per table, then someone got all the numbers and everyone was confused as well. When the food was done and delivered to us they didn't know which table it should go to ,cause they took the numbers. in terms of price over quality its terrible and didn't...
