A few days ago I went to dine in. I usually order always atleast 800 pesos worth of food here. The foods I order are always the pork barbecue normal and spicy, Beef Hinalang and Sinigang Liempo and 1 pitcher of Sweet Tea. I was half way almost done eating when I noticed a giant rat running from the kitchen onto the parking lot under a car which is also beside the bar area that serves beer. Employees noticed the animal but did nothing. The rat eventually came out under the car and ran into the kitchen again. This caused me to not want to ever buy food from this place again.
SOMETHING TO NOTICE IN PAST REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE. The rat issue has been an ongoing problem here since 1 year ago. You can also read a foreigner mentioning the rat problem.
This tells me the owners for this business do not care about their customers health.
After the rat that I witnessed last week I decided to waste my money on this place again until 1hr ago. I ordered thru food panda 10 pork barbecue regular, 1 Beef Hinalang and 1 cheese sticks. Half of the pork barbecue regular sticks were burnt! The wooden sticks were charcoal burnt! What pissed me off the most was what I found in my Hinalang Beef Soup. I found pieces of plastic maybe from the bags this guys use to deliver there soups in. This is a major concern and choking hazard for people. That Hinalang soup cost $3dlls! In total I spent today $7dlls not including a beverage for this garbage!
To think that you guys are now offering franchises also 😂. The owners are a joke serving expensive junk along with their rat problems. They should first takecare of their main nasty branches before they decide to let others open their own branch instead.
WARNING FOR FOREIGNERS but stay away from this place and any other branches it might have. For the price of their foods which are expensive and not cheap. They are not worth it and can carry...
Read moreWell what can I say... I've always been a fan of BBQ Boss since college up until now. Even tho we've had some "not so good" experience here I still consider going to this place...
Recently we went to eat here... My best friend ordered Chorizo and its not well cooked. You can easily distinguish that the Pork came from the fridge cause you will still taste the coldness everytime u took a bite. All the staff – ALL. They were just talking and its so hard to get their attention... I mean hello we are customers here who are hungry and yall is just talking there. How can we order if u dont give us the menu AND after u gave it u get the other one where the drinks was stated and u used it for "pamaypay"....

We ordered a BBQ bucket of 25 pcs, pancit canton and rice. After more than 20 mins of waiting they served only the pancit canton. After 10 mins of waiting again, they served the rice. And after 15 mins, when we all but consumed the pancit canton, did they served the BBQs. We were almost late since the waiting time almost took all of our lunch break. Imagine, these small BBQs took 45mins to prepare 😱😱😱 good thing it tastes good and juicy.
Location is very accessible since it's in the heart of downtown Davao.
Price is very okay. Rice is priced at P30 and it's all you can eat...
