Mad'Bites — Restaurant in Davao City

went there during their lunch hours and they only serve 3 dishes every lunch wc are the chicken tenders, sizzling chicken w gravy and pastil. initially, i ordered the garlic parmesan chicken tenders and (even if it was a bit on the salty side - i love my dish a bit salty hehe) i was blown away by how delicious, flavorful & crispy the chicken is so i had to order the other dish available wc is the sizzling chicken w gravy (they ran out of pastil when i came). the 2nd dish was okay, the gravy could be better! the chicken tenders was definitely my fave. the serving time was only less than 5minutes, theor prices are really affordable and the portion was actually good enough to fill out stomachs though must i say you would definitely be needing an extra rice for this 🤭 their location is just along the highway and the area is a bit cramped since its just a small business restaurant. nonetheless i had a great & mad bites when i visited....

What we ordered: Sisig solo Chicken pastil rice Green apple soda Mango milk

Sisig tasted too fatty/oily after 2-3 bites 😟 Mango milk was not what we expected either. Chicken pastil rice was better but more preferable not to pair with other flavorful viand.

Place was not too full when we went but service was slow. My companion and I couldn’t eat at the same time; service was still slow even after follow up.

This place is swarmed by students and workers tho so maybe it was just an off night. Will maybe eat here again, wanna try flavored...

Food is great especially the chicken in gravy although it wasn't really sizzling but the taste is highly recommended. However, the pork sisig is just okay and I have one concern regarding the service because I asked for a lemonade without ice but I got served with an iced one. Anyhow, would go back here for that chicken in gravy and would try chicken...
