McDonald's — Restaurant in Davao City

Last July 13, 2022 me, my daughter and my niece dine in in this branch, for the first time eating Mc Donald's this branch is the worst of the worst, I waited for I think 40 minutes and I complained but the crew ignore me and then I said "Bakit nauna pa yong bago lang and then I said to the crew miss wala pa yong number na eto" then she ignore me again and then I said miss I want to cancel my order ( I am so angry na kasi baka ma call na ang number namin sa school UM ) it's an hour delay na and they serve na our order, kasi I said I'll cancel my order din binigay na ang food na 2 chicken with rice and spaghetti with drinks but sad to say the the spaghetti is so cold and matigas na ang pasta. Me and my daughter loves Mc Donald so much but to this BRANCH BOLTON WE WILL NOT COME BACK EVER. MANY ARE COMPLAIN BUT I'M THE ONE WHO VOICE OUT THAT TIME..... I don't know why out of all the mcdonalds in Davao, this one was the worst. There was only one cashier taking orders so the line was very long. The cashier herself looked like she didn't want to be there because you can see the expression on her face as she looks at you like you're the one inconveniencing her for trying to provide an order. She clearly doesn't know the menu because upon asker her if the Ala king was available, she responded yes but when my order was served to me, i got the basic chicken fillet without any sauce, not even gravy. I also ordered fries and didn't get ketchup. There were no ketchup available for some reason but the person after me got a couple of ketchup packets on her tray so I don't get why they didn't provide me with any. The experience was miserable.
