We stayed here for two nights, booked via Agoda where we got a good rate. ||We were impressed with this place. It is clean, modern, the room was spacious and comfortable with pretty good WiFi, AC and a TV. The bathroom and hot shower were good too. We had a deluxe room and I think it is well worth paying the extra 100peso or so to upgrade from a standard room as there is quite a difference in the size and quality of the room. Our deluxe room was hotel rather than hostel quality. ||I know this because unfortunately we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. There was a completely random plumbing accident where the bathroom in the room next to ours ended up flooding their room, then our room and the whole main third floor area. It was clean water and a bit of a drama at the time, but just one of those things. The night guard picked up on it and woke us, and we asked to move rooms while he battled the water. The next day we raised the issue with the manager and ended up with a full refund of the second night, for the inconvenience and wet bags, which we aplreicated. I still give this hotel five stars because this was no one’s fault and the staff were professional and excellent. I commend the receptionist - he speaks great English and is very helpful, and the night guard for his hard work. There is a restaurant on site offering reasonably priced food.||I would certainly stay in this hotel again if I came back...
Read moreI highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a hostel to stay. And speaking of hostel, I suggest to change it to Hotel. I said so because it’s equipped with the things you needed. You have privacy, the Comfort room is clean and hot & cold shower is very well functional, the bed is comfortable, you have flat screen TV, the AC is working very well and lastly, you have enough place to put on your things because each room is provided with built in cabinets. And I forgot to add, the room is tidy. Thus, “ A comfy home away from home”.|And if you’re hungry, you can find their very affordable restaurant downstairs, just adjacent to their reception area. Plus factor is theire staff, they are all well-mannered and will help you with your questions on how to stroll the city. |Speaking of the city, just ride a tricycle worth 8pesos and there you go. It’s just a 5mins-10 ride going to the famous Rizal Blvd and the restaurants just infront of it. Will be back soon. Thank you...
Read moreOur stay here was great! The rooms were very clean, had all the essentials (except dental care, which you can buy at the hotel pantry), and the aircon worked well—though the blankets were a bit thin, so it’s best to keep it on low. The working bathroom heater was a big plus. The location is also very convenient, with lots of food spots, tourist attractions, and places to chill nearby. The city is walkable, but the lack of sidewalks can make it tricky—something beyond the hotel’s control.
The staff and service really stood out. There’s 24/7 security, the front desk was friendly and accommodating, and they kept in touch with us through Facebook and Booking.com, even helping with directions and transport. My favorite feature was the unlimited hot and cold drinking water, with a pitcher in the room for easy refills—super useful for tours and long days out. Overall, this hotel offered great value, comfort, and service, and I’d happily...
