I had an incredible dining experience at this unique gem in Siargao! As the only restaurant in town with a strong commitment to the local community, this place truly stands out.

The warm and inviting ambiance makes you feel right at home, creating a cozy atmosphere for enjoying your overall stay. Needless to say, their staff are welcoming and friendly.

What sets this restaurant apart is its dedication to supporting the local community, as 90% of the ingredients are sourced directly from the island. Every bite tells a story of sustainability and community engagement, making it not just a meal but a meaningful experience.

They have a perfectly-laid out events you can check at their calendar for the entire month too so you don't miss out on any fun!

Did I mention you can also shop fresh greens from the local farms and homemade jams in their market space, and a variety of souvenirs from local artisans to choose from? A-MA-ZING!

Perfect place to eat, shop, and support the local community! From the moment you step in, the authenticity of each space are evident.

If you're in Siargao, this is undeniably one of the best spots to savor the essence of the island through its locally-inspired food, locally-made souvenirs, well-thought space, and community-focused events. Don't miss the chance to try the Filipino food, and support a commendable social cause...

5 stars for everything this place does. This is a great local nonprofit initiative giving back to the community. I came here for brunch and a shake. I had the tinapa rice with eggplant omelette and it was very delicious, which was amazing given its simplicity. The mango shake was very refreshing and perfectly suited the nice warm morning. The space is a nice open environment, with small nooks to work while you're eating or a communal table to enjoy conversations with people around you. They also sell locally made goods, fruit and veggies and even handicrafts. They charge very reasonable prices for everything and they have regular activities to get people involved and interacting. This is one of my favourite places in Siargao. If only I'd known...

The Hub by Lokal Lab is our favorite dining place in General Luna, its a bit hidden from the main tourist strip in General Luna. Their food is really good, affordable and healthy, the place is also spacious with books and board games and their adorable dog. We always order the sweet potatoes and their chicken and fish wrap, they also have a veggie wrap (not in the menu) but is sooo good! the staff are also friendly and accommodating.

What also makes them so special is their knowledge and commitment to sustainability and the local community, they are teaching and helping the locals and their business while also promoting sustainable tourism.

We 101% recommend visiting if you're ever in General...
