Every time I ask for an undiluted hibiscus tea with no ice, I still get a quarter cup tea with a quarter cup added water and half cup ice. Every. Single. Time. As if they've been instructed to completely ignore my requests.
They only reason I'm still going here every once in a while is because some friends think this is the trendiest place to be.

The food can be good or meh depending on what is available I highly recommend getting the japanese bread or cheese cake when available! Drinks are good I especially like there non-coffee drinks such as hot choco, chai latte, matcha and ice tea drinks! Staff are probably the highlight friendly, helpful when there is a problem and try there best despite how busy it can get.
