Jeamco Royal Hotel General Santos — Hotel in General Santos

WRONG DIRECTION AND LOCATIONAL MAP - a lot of negative comments about this and MANAGEMENT still has done NOTHING to correct it. We went back and forth the area and even local pedicabs did not know the HOTEL because IT HAS NO SIGNAGE IN FRONT OF THE FACILITY... JUST TWO WORDS "HOTEL ENTRANCE" and if you look at the images.. the sign is not within street view! We booked through Agoda and even Agoda reflects the same WRONG information. NOT ONLY THAT if you call the contact number - it just rings.. no one picks up!

Staff said that they get a lot of irate customers because of this and have informed their management team - BUT STILL NO ACTION TO CORRECT How irresponsible is that?

And there is NO WAY to contact the establishment to complain about it, no website, no facebook page, all the numbers you find on google... USELESS..

though the place is "decent" i am still outraged to have spent 2 hours trying to look for this godforsaken place, because MANAGEMENT KNOWS about it and have done NOTHING... so what does that tell you? If something else goes wrong while staying there .. you would think.. would they give a rat's arse to do...

Jeamco is a very good value budget hotel. I rented a 'Deluxe' room for a few nights via an app and on arrival check-in was easy. There are stairs & a lift. My room was quite small, with a double bed, side table, coffee table, air-con & TV. The bedside table had the light switch & two powerpoints. Free wifi available. The bathroom, however, was quite spacious. Towels, some soap & shampoo provided. Big basin with mirror, nice toilet with bidet accessory & shower with nice, hot water. Everything was exceptionally clean. I watched housekeeping clean a room floor on one occasion & they were very thorough. The hotel is very well located opposite Gaisano Mall, with KCC Mall another 100 meters or so away. SM Mall & Robinson's are close by, and also a bank & 7-Eleven.Lots of tricycles outside for easy transport. Very friendly staff. They have a fridge with drinks available & snacks. Worth noting there are other rooms that are more spacious, with a view to the street, at a higher price point. I...

Some of the pictures of this hotel on tripadvisor are from 2019, I stayed recently and found this hotel super good as they renovate it I think a year ago.I am in the Philippines from 6 years and stayed a lot of hotels in the Philippines. Most of the hotels giving just a bed sheet instead of blanket. But thanks God at least this hotel giving a real blanket so you can sleep well without getting frozen. And another plus point is the shower is perfect. |The beds are so comfortable, clean room and clean environment, very helpful and approachable staff ready to help customer always, near to main attractions of the city, near to the shopping malls etc. |Fully satisfied and will stay with them again insha Allah.|And Ah your check out is depends on your check in.
