Micro Burger Café Laoag — Restaurant in Ilocos Norte

This place has a great atmosphere! It's cozy but clean. There's AC for comfort and TV for a good diversion for solo customers.

We were the only ones there but the food took quite a while to be sent out.

The french fries looked like the fries from McDonalds. Tasted the same as well, minus salt or any type of seasoning.

The burgers were extremely thin also mirroring that of McDonalds burgers.

The burgers are served with lots of sauces on them. They don't become the burger at all. The burger is definitely overpowered by condiments.

The wings I ordered, barely had meat on them and the bbq sauce tasted a little funny. I couldn't put my finger on what it was exactly. Normally, I NEVER waste food, but I left those wings on the table when we left.

Like other restaurants in the area, food comes out at different times. Fries before the burgers. Appetizers before the entrees. etc.

This restaurant could use some improvement.

Nice little place that's a short walk from where I stayed (Balay da Blas).

Best onion rings in Ilocos! You can come here for that.

[Pro-tip] Go big or go home. Get the larger burgers. You can see more care is taken care into making them and there's more beef.

1st visit: I had Burger Combo C. Patties were on the small side. Consequently, the flavor of the hamburger, in it's primal sense (e.g., the patty), was easily overpowered by the superfluous use of condiments. That combined with the soft bun was a recipe for a soggy mess which made it difficult to consume.

Supposing this combo was designed for two, the fries portion seemed relatively small--even for one person. They were drizzled with some sort of sweet white sauce, which I found a bit of an off-putting surprise given the traditional taste in...

The service at Loaog Airport left little impression...

The lady refused to give us an extra empty cup...

We were quite astounded.

Maybe the lady thought that we were flying out, which was not the case.

As I walked away I turned around and the lady was laughing at us, then when she saw me watching she went into shock mode.

Customer Service is a priority, besides the food being soggy, the service left much to he desired.

We will not be recommending this establishment to our foreign friends, acquaintances or business partners.

Imagine how they would treat...
