I’m giving this Jollibee branch a rating of 3. The cashier who assisted me was kind when taking my order, and I specifically requested a “leg part.” When I received my food, I asked the intern (in a white polo) if it was indeed a leg part. She said it was a wing, so she changed it right away and told me to wait.
While I was waiting, another customer behind me mentioned that they were missing an order. The same intern assisted them immediately, even before finishing mine. She hadn’t packed my order yet, so I had to ask her again if my order was ready.
I understand that working in a fast-food restaurant can be very busy—I’ve been an intern myself before. I know it’s not easy, but I always made sure to follow the “first come, first served” process. I hope this branch can also make improvements in that area by making sure one order is completed before moving on...
