Feedback for Jollibee Branch: Poor Service and Product Quality I want to raise a concern about our recent experience at your branch. First, the ice cream we received was not properly prepared — it had a watery texture, almost like it wasn’t frozen or “cooked” right. It was very disappointing, especially after a long and tiring day when all we wanted was a proper meal. But the bigger issue was the service, particularly from the branch manager. We ordered through the self-service kiosk, and one of the items turned out to be unavailable. Instead of calmly assisting us or offering an alternative, the manager publicly blamed my mother for the issue — as if it was her fault for not knowing the item wasn’t available. This happened in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. The kiosk system should be accurately updated so customers aren’t misled. If something is unavailable, it should not be shown as an option — or at least staff should handle the situation with respect and professionalism, not humiliation. Jollibee, please take action. Your customers deserve dignity and decent service, not to be blamed for your system’s shortcomings. However, when we received our order we were served chicken breast. We told the staff it wasn't thigh but she insisted it was. She was coming off as rude and out right disrespectful when we told her we would give it back if it was wasn't what we requested. She then told us "ano na sir haw???", while glaring at us. As to not cause a seen, we just walked away. They should've told us from the start that thigh wasn't available so that we would understand.
