I've dined in with my sister to celebrate my birthday we were told to wait for 30 mins for our meal and it was served like and hour and a half I didn't complained But here's the worse part they forgot the drinks and the desert we've asked for a refund politely because we're already done with our meal, but what did I get? It seems like the cashier doesn't want to serve and entertain me because I ain't good looking enough, plus the guy that packed the drinks and the crema de leche got furious because the cashier asked him to pack it for take out. Very bad service. Waited for almost 30 mins for my order. I understand the long wait because there were a lot of people there but The table infront of me came and ordered before me yet their foor was served first and I had the exact same order as them. Went to the counter to check if my food was ready. It wasn't. Then I told them that the table in front of me got their food but I ordered mine before them and we had the same order. They didn't even give me a straight answer. I just told them that I wanted a refund and left....
