Okay, before anything else I would like to say this review is from the grand opening of Nextdoor Iloilo. This place had gotten my interest because of DJ Ron Poe that's it. So I'm not going to sugarcoat anything! Let's start with the reservation. Oh boy... the seat map/table reservation whatsoever theres an area that says outside bench which has layout and all making us believe that the reservation we did is inside. It is not noted that the tables are all outside and only the "owner/VIPs" has access inside 🙄 so no matter how far the table is even if theres just the 3 of us I booked the 6k table thinking its inside. If I knew it is all outside i would have booked the outside bench which We can have visibility to the DJ, after all I paid for Ron Poe. It is so disorganized, stuff were undertrained doesn't know how to explain whats going on or where our table is. I was pissed the moment I heard the inside we cant access for it is only for the owner and their families 🤣 well guess what! I will never waste my money in this place again and I have no problem spending it as long as I am satisfied with the service. I give 20% gratuity if I leave happy. Next, service.. We didn't order cocktails, I only drink tequila less hangover for me, theres four of us we ordered 1L cuervo gold, four bottled water (not cold) the other table received their orders non stop but our orders haven't arrived until 45 minutes later, and everything was wrong... the server gave us 750ml cuervo, 4 slices of lemon 🤣 1 cold bottle of water and i think they emptied out the whole bottle of salt in the dessert plate. we tried requesting a waiter whos just standing in the corner not doing anything but he pass on the order to another then another, meanwhile the table next to us are already almost about to go home and we still haven't started drinking. 20 minutes later someone came told her about the problem that could have been easily fixed but I dont know... its seem so hard for them to follow instructions. Another 15-20 minutes have passed finally theres lemon and water. but the shot glasses arent shot glasses they are huge like something you would put desserts 🫣 but its okay, I let it go this time, I wanted to chill be happy not get stressed out. Food was ok too I'm not thrilled about it. When I get reservations and I always do, My name is there the table number is there unless your waiter already know it at the back of their heads then skip that coz its tacky. But the waiters are roaming around asking every single table if they ordered this and that. Like seriously before the food arrives to the rightful customer their food is already cold. I cant review anything inside and i have no interest in coming back for if you are going to have a grand opening you don't reserve the whole inside of your establishment to yourself or your family. And leave your costumers drenched in sweat outside. Not everyone wants to be sweaty when hanging out. After all your customers are the one who will pay you to keep your business going. I have been to all the hangout places in iloilo I would spend 10k for an outside reservation as long as the service is great and fast. Putting your paying customers outside when the room is not separated with glass we looked like an outcast 🤣...
