Waterfront Seafood & Cocktails — Restaurant in Iloilo City

The server Fatima has 0 patience. The moment I sat down and started looking at the menu, she was asking me impatiently what o want. I was like uhhhh because I just started reading it. As I’m reading more she kept asking “so what do you want sir?”. And after I ordered a drink and a clam chowder bowl, she said “okay let me read your order” when I haven’t even chosen my main course yet. She needs to learn patience. This is supposed to be a fine dining restaurant not Jollibee, have some patience.

I went to the bathroom and see that the trash can is rusty. Bathroom looks nice but the trash can is like something I would find in a random brgy restaurant. No towels to dry hands with , just an air drier in THE SAME ROOM AS THE DINING ROOM. How does that make sense? And it’s next to a sink with no soap.

Their bread was really stiff and old. I wouldn’t even feed this bread to my dog.

Their pizza was terrible legitimately I think it was a frozen pizza before.

Their burger buns were tough.

Just avoid this place, absolutely...

Very accessible location. Plenty of parking space for those who will bring their vehicles. It's also accessible via the Esplanade after your morning walk. Breakfast is only available on Saturdays.

I got the steak and eggs. Both were cooked about medium-well. It came with some onion frittes and dirty rice. It was very well seasoned, although the rice was a bit salty for my taste. Price is on the expensive side but would recommend trying it once.

We were seated al fresco, which gave us a view of the riverside. Great ambiance if the weather permits.

Minor issue with wait staff not readily visible if you need something. It was a bit too long on service time for my order, and I had to follow up on it. My companions were already about to finish eating when my order came. But staff were courteous and professional.

Would I go back for the same meal in the future? At its price point, not really, but still a good one-off experience. I would want to try their other options in the future, and hopefully, experience with...

11/10. This is a very impressive venue. Literal waterfront location, stunning bar and dining areas. Attentive and superbly presented staff. The food was amazing, great portion sizes. The cocktails were delicious, expertly made. The price.. extremely reasonable, such great value for money. When we walked past and saw how flash this venue was we expected a hefty price tag, as we did when we walked in and saw the Australian wine decorating the tables. We were pleasantly surprised at how great value for money this place was. Exquisite venue that looks brand new, the most modern and classiest of cutouts, I couldn't believe it was over 2 years old.
