Worst Jollibee Branch in the city so far.
• Cleanliness is not their priority. Tables left unattended even when others are done eating. Customers need to ask cashier multiple times for their tables to be cleaned.
• Cashiers take so long to get customers' orders. The food take too long to be served as well, one review here confirmed. Mine took an hour
• Small serving size of fried chicken. Other branches serve bigger serving size. It's funny, it took an hour for my order to arrive but I wasn't even satisfied.
• Utensils were not included with my food, I had to ask the cashier for it. Most of them at the cashier were so busy, there was even one staff who seemed to be one of the managers (wearing grey uniform) who wasn't friendly at all. When I asked for utensils, he just looked at me as if I was an inconvenience and called for someone to accomodate me. Really? No friendly gesture or a smile or whatever that can make us feel like we're welcome? Is this how you are supposed to accommodate customers?
I know some personnel are tired, but it isn't an excuse to be rude to your customers nor make customers uncomfortable with dirty tables.
I've been to a lot of Jollibee branches around the city and this is by far the worst in customer service. If I were new to eating in this place, I'd have the worst first impression and will 100% never go back...
Read morePls don’t take this as a form of attack cause I love jollibee but juskoo…unfortunately this is the closest to my place and this branch everytime…they have 5 counters and I believe enough staff but only one counter is serving. It’s called FASTFOOD. FAST.FOOD. Why is the service so slow?and everytime I come here there’s always an item missing on the menu.I don’t even see any manager troubleshooting the queue. 5 counters man!also today, I have to pack my own take away after getting annoyed that one employee is taking his time to put my order in the bag, also I have to remind him that it’s take away and we’ve just been staring at each other for a good minute.this is after waiting in line for 1000years. I was on travel and did not want to put on my "best clothes" because I was travelling as a backpacker. So you can imagine me with slippers, loose shirts, shorts, my hair in a messy bun, oily face and a big backpack lining up to take my order. The cashier was smiling at the other costumers because they were well dressed and professional looking, taking their orders before heading to work or school.
