This is my second review to still my favorite kbbq spot in town. It's not so much a review on their food but a review on their capacity to operate functionally on the weekend.
Came in on Saturday around the afternoon time and it was busier than all the times we'd been their before but still maybe about 70-80% capacity. Wasn't full by any means, was seated immediately.
Didn't get water for awhile after the sides got to the table. Didn't get utensils till after the meat was already on the grill, not even a plate lol. There's lots of employees there but a lot of them are just standing around. Good thing there's a button to call them over but they don't always come and it seems like their memory is a little short because they forget a lot of simple things.
I love smoke donennooo but I recommend coming on the weekdays or whenever they open and aren't that busy. Once they're above 50% capacity the service declines SIGNIFICANTLY.

Their service has dwindled down to sub-par at best. Staff are slow to react, sometimes it takes multiple presses/calls to get their attention. We had to ask multiple times for tongs, rice, salt & pepper.
Overall a shame they weren't able to maintain the quality of food and service they had at the start.
Meat is a little bland but they offer salt and pepper before you grill it
Cuts are consistent and portion size is very reasonable
Service is fast and staff are attentive
The restaurant is clean as well and doesn't have your typical "samgyup" floor
Banchan (sides) is a bit bare compared to other establishments but the quality is still good
