Carlo's Batchoy — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

I was HUNGRY when I went there; I left ANGRY and still HUNGRY! Thus, I had a BAD EXPERIENCE at this branch of CARLO'S BATCHOY. Truthfully, no STAR. (I rated for the sake of posting.)

The service I have experienced at this branch was overwhelmingly sad and infuriating. My order was NEVER served. They somehow have 'FORGOTTEN' my order.

I asked the waiter (30s gayish-guy) about my order; he told me (for me it was in a subtle 'suplado' approach) to wait (by the way, I was waiting for like 20 mins before I asked). Then, I waited, then asked, then waited. THEN they (a new younger waiter) approached me and ASKED for what my order was. Like really??? I was furious already. Sorry. But I said 'AMBOT go check it'.

And I still WAITED. (Because I wanted to know if they will still do something about it) but NADA! They just SIMPLY IGNORED.

It was around 7:20PM - an hour has passed since I ordered, and NO BATCHOY. So I decided to ask for my money - they only allowed money back for the Batchoy's worth. They insisted that I get the mineral water. And they still insisted. Yeah. They told me they were sorry. I was calm and composed and told them to NOT LET that happen to any customer ever. Then I left, silently ANGRY and HUNGRY.

How funny; I was the WAITER here. XD

To this BRANCH, oh PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEM and tell YOUR STAFF to be more customer-friendly and...

The cleanliness is just doubtful. I saw cockroaches by the order counter. I barely enjoyed my food thinking of all those creepy crawlies. Imagine the state of the kitchen. 😬🤮🤢 From what I forced myself to eat, taste was ok. I just won't go back ever and won't recommend. Maybe other branches...
