Jollibee — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

Very disappointing experience. I was eating to celebrate my birthday with my friends,then we literally just finished eating but then the crew told us to leave because of one customer who doesn't have a seat. Instead of making us leave they could have just looked for other seat since our table is for 4 people or they could have asked us to lend the other seat since there are only 3 of us and we have an extra seat. It literally ruined my day. The other customers that day saw what happened too. Because of this I'm very reluctant to go eat...

Probably one the busiest jollibee branch I've been. The queue is too long (especially during meal time) and you'd have to wait for about 10-20mins to be catered by the crew. Some crews are polite and okay, but some of them are also not accommodating and not friendly. The food is so-so and the taste is okay (maybe because I don't find the chicken juicy and freshly served that's why). Generally, it was a pretty average experience really when we dined in.

Bad place to eat.. servings are very small now. Always running out of soda and regular sized drinks. They are ripping and cheating customer by there drinks upgrade and the number og ice cubes they put on your dinks There marketing ploy to get more revenues is really outright cheating in your face. The DTI or any other gov agency should look into these things. Lastly the chicken they are serving now are very small and doesnt taste as good aa before. Food quality and taste...
