I love their aglio olio pasta that is why we visited again after tbe Good Friday procession. Unfortunately, the service crew is rude. We just follow-up our order and he retorted, what did the cashier told you?. We told him, it is more than 20minutes. The moment our drinks was already at the hand-out area, as i will pick up our order, he told me what is ur order. Then i said. This.is our order, how can we get it u got.our beeper.The guy was not accomodating. So i went back to my seat and the moment he brought our drinks the hot coffee was lukewarm already Even before, whenever we ask for service water, it's a sin to get thirsty here. Not like in SB, the crew are so friendly and have personal touch. Quite a confusing place, whether it's really a café, a bar or a lounge. The ambient music was so unsuitable for a café, plus the attending staff kept on changing the music genre to pop, rock and disco music. It was irritating and annoying! Would really appreciate if this place will use neutral background music, suitable for a café or coffee shop. Additionally, customer service wasn't satisfactory, the attending staff didn't advise first time customers if the ordered menu is for 1 pax or more. Hence, you would mistakenly order large items, good for two or more pax, even if obviously you're alone in the table. Finally, the comfort room had no...

Pros: The place is gorgeous. Coffee was good. Great place to work.

Cons: The music in the café was on a shuffle (not relaxing) it can be irritating to listen from pop to rock all of a sudden, the air-conditioning was low (as of the time I was there), and the wifi was kinda slow.
