First time in Bicol region and I stayed in Legazpi where the Capital of Albay is.
For a few days I’ve been in search for authentic Bicolano food, this is the reason for my travel here. A local person actually told me Sibid sibid is one place.
Their specialties are: Tinutungan Manok(smoked coconut creamed Chicken. Its like a version of “Adobo” but no soy sauce)
Tuna Bicol express (since you’re near the ocean tuna, trevally and snappers are very common and fresh) Even their kinilaw na Tanigue is fresh.
Pinangat( waiter was honest to tell us they biught that outside, the place where they bought it was “Camalig” town and that is a place where they make authentic Pinangat… so no hate
Also the waiter was really nice to explain to me the process on how they cooked it.
Will definitely be back and eat the same food or maybe...

Maybe and hoping that on my next visit. It will be a...
