Not that bad of an experience

Staff's don't pay attention to orders, they don't check on your order unless you remind them that the order took more time than expected, the staff said it will take atleast 10 to 15 minutes for the order to be served, but it took 30 minutes just because they didn't check on my order,i don't understand why it took too long, there wasn't even a lot of diners present at the place,and about the burger, the burger's was not that good but also not that bad its what you expect for its price doesn't taste like what you'd normally expect on a high-end burger place i would give it a 4 out of 10 rating,and by the way i ordered the Mamay's Burger i haven't tried other burgers etc, but maybe other choices on the menu may be good, but definitely overrated burger and definitely will not be back, due to the bad service, poor time management and for the unapologetic and the lack of training for the staff, i know that this place is just starting to make its name in albay but i hope that you'll learn from your mistakes particularlarly for the staffs, for the owner i hope you don't take this personal, i am not a food critique, i just want to share my personal experience about your restaurant, i just hope that for the years to come service will...

Mamays chicken sandwich 8.7/10 Mamays Fries 9.2/10 Mamays burger 8.4/10 Cucumber lemonade 6.4/10 Mac n cheese 4.3/10 full detailed review: I got the Mamays Chicken sandwich with Fries, the chicken sandwich have cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, and mayo. They uses chicken breast instead of thighs so it wasnt as juicy and the coating was started falling off the more i take a bite, the flavour was very deep compared to jollibee or popeyes and the chicken breast was huge and surprisingly the cheese sauce doesnt have strong flavour so I liked it. The fries were thick and have cheese sauce, mayo, and parmesan cheese but the fries itself was good crispy and soft. Burger was kind of like smashed burger and flavours was pretty good. Cucumber lemonade was good at first but the flavour disappeared cause of the ice melted. The Mac n cheese was kinda bsd at first bite it didnt have a lot of flavour but the more i eat it the more I taste it and it kinda taste bad. I only had the chicken sandwich and the fries and it costed 229 so I guess its worth it...

If you’re craving comfort food, Mamay’s is a must-try! They make it clear that they’re not a fast food place, so don’t expect your food to come out instantly—but trust me, it’s absolutely worth the wait.

We first dined in and tried their mix-mix—we were surprised by how generous the serving was. The second time, we ordered through Grab and got the burger, fries, chili con carne hotdog, and mac and cheese. The food was still oozing with flavor and so much fun to eat, but I suggest dining in if you can—the prices on the app are almost double.

Just a heads-up: parking is limited, so you might need to find a spot nearby. We suggest trying to park at Unitop across the street if there’s space.
