Jollibee — Restaurant in Mabalacat

went to this branch and ordered take aways, some burgers, fries & a champ for an especial reason.. at first the cashier told me it will be 12 mins cookin for the champ.. Which is fine, bec i especially would love to to take one for my dad in law who has special needs.. After some time, the manager has told me and updated me that the champs' patty is being cook on it's way... So i smiled and patiently waited.. was there around 7.10am and it was passed 7.25am no champ is being serve..the fries and burgers which were served fast were already having moist inside the plastic bag (yes, they still use plastic bags, i hope it's eco friendly).. then for some reason i over heard someone in the kitchen that they dont have lettuce!!!

The manager updated me after some time explaining lettuce is not available but they can put xtra tomato.. i said No, it should be what it should be.. So she said she will ask her team to buy or get from other branch.. And yes, i have to wait for xtra time... So i waited yet again, the manager even blamed her colleague saying it was not properly endorse... Bec i told her, see u have to make sure that ur staffs are well versed especially with ur stocks! you guys could've told me that the burger itself is not available rather than every after minutes of me waiting you guys give me some unacceptable reasons which i dont have any other choice..

it was a bad customer experience .. I gave one star though for the manager bec I felt her sorry.. On the other hand this branch deserve no star at all for the hassles my dad and i gone through... We could've bought from other branches but i specifically choose that branch knowing it will be more convenient for us.. Lucky me it turned out a irritating experience.

Most terrible experience!!!

Dined yesterday for lunch after the long holiday trip back to the city. I had to clean my son and change his nappy in the restroom, I noticed that the female's restroom was padlocked (barrel bolt lock type) while the male's was opened (the padlock was locked in the latch but the flap can be moved to open the door). I was singing to my 3-year old son to keep him at bay while cleaning him in the cubicle when someone entered to use the urinal and the sink inside. To my bewilderment, me and my son was locked inside. I knocked and called for help multiple times, I pulled the door as hard as I could until the lock fell off. Further checking it, it was locked on the latch with the flap! I reported the incident to the manager whom didn't apologise and just told me they'll check the CCTV.

Jollibee became famous for the clean restroom, why deny the use of it from...

Last time we were there i was carrying a not so big travel bag, the Security Guard didn't allow me to bring my bag to my Seat and said he will just place it next to him so it's still safe, but when i look back he just left the bag on the side of the door and he is nowhere as in Nowhere to be found, turns out he is playing mobile games outside during his shift,so i just took my bag and place it next to me, which I'm sure if someone else took the bag they could easily do so. Then while me and my son were eating one of the crew is sweeping the floor, it's ok to keep the place clean but can't you do that when people are actually done eating because that's totally rude...
