Seeing that the nearest customers to the counter were more than a meter away from it and they were looking at the menu from such distance, I approached the cashier and told her my order. She asked me if it was for dine in, to which I replied yes. After which she didn't ask for payment and proceeded to taking the orders of the two customers behind me. Confused, I moved aside until the end of their transaction and only then did she begin taking my orders again and asked for payment. So for several seconds, I stood there like an invisible man, clueless to what was going on while she was taking orders from those two customers. If I unknowingly cut in the line, the cashier should've informed me that another transaction was still in progress and that she'd take my orders as soon as they're done with it. She didn't even have to say anything to inform me about it, just a smile and gesture using her hand would've been enough to let me know that the two customers behind me albeit quiet far away from the counter, were having transaction with her even before I entered the store. What an incompetent service...
Read moreOk I will type this without exaggeration: ordered several times during the day (baconator every time) and it was amazing. Just ordered after midnight and it was horrible! My baconator was cold & obviously not fresh as if it sat away from heat for hours. How does any person with a brain allow this I don’t know? If you order after midnight don’t expect fresh! Save your hard earned money and take your business elsewhere! Not cool at all. Hopefully they retrain their employees or hire people with at least half a brain so at least you get your food half...

My go to items on the menu are the coutry chicken burger, taco salad, & frosty ice cream, The staff is new so understandably they lack the experience in running a fastfood resto, service a little slow at the cashier area, & you have to repeat yourself over and over during order taking. I hope they get better as they gain more experience. The key is know your products, and anticipate customer needs, and make the dining experience as pleasant...
