Burger King - Dau (Drive Thru) — Restaurant in Mabalacat

Sorry but not impressed!! Not as it should be from burger king. The fries were very dry, I only had 1 due to this. My partner and son only consumed about a third confirming the same. The burgers were just passable but not up to the standard expected. There were no straws for the drinks! I see that this is now standard practice for fast food outlets but with little thought to customer satisfaction. Once the sealed plastic lid is removed the very thin container becomes weak and it's a struggle to consume the contents without feeling like you are going to drop it, not good for kids. Also, you are then putting your lips on the outside of the dirty side that has had numerous hands upon it! I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Burger King Mabalacat Pampanga Drive-Thru on June 1st at around 4am.

During my visit, I encountered a highly unpleasant experience. The staff member working the drive-thru seemed to be rushing me despite there being no other customers behind me. As I was thinking about my order, she repeatedly asked "Ano pa po?" without giving me adequate time to respond. This constant rushing led to errors in my order.

Specifically, I requested extra pickles and onions on my burger but received only three pickle slices and two onion slices. Additionally, I asked for medium drinks but was given large drinks instead.

This experience was quite alarming and far below the standard I expect from Burger King. I urge you to address this issue to ensure better service...

Burger King Dau is a great branch of Burger King. The restaurant is very clean and tidy, with a nice design and layout. The tables are not too close together and there is a lot of room for movement.

The staff are friendly and serve with a smile. I did not have any problems with the staff.

The food quality is great, I really enjoy their bacon king or whopper burgers. Prices are ok, not cheap but also not too expensive. The taste makes up for the extra cost compared to burgers from other stores.

Overall this is a great place to eat, just go earlier in the day or at least early evening around 6pm to get what you want because some meals/burgers go out of stock by...
