KFC — Restaurant in Mabalacat

Needed to update my review. My review of 4 stars went down to 2 stars. Ordered thru KFC.com around 6:04AM and pick up time is 6:19AM. Since my partner is time in is 7:00AM (which is almost a 10 minute drive from kfc branch to workplace), we have ample time to drive and arrive on time. We arrive at KFC around 6:30AM and I expect to just pick up the order. To my surprise, the staff (which is so accommodating) told us that they have just receive the order on the system. My partner is worried about being late since she has no records of being late on her company. In hopes that my partner will arrive on time, we requested to have the snacker and mash potato to be prepared first and i'll just go back for the other orders. She informed us to wait for 5 minutes but it took around 10 minutes to prepare. My partner was late for atleast 5 minutes on her job. I was disappointed with my recent visit. The food and drinks did not meet expectations — it lacked freshness and was not served at the right temperature. Additionally, the staff seemed inattentive while taking my order, which led to confusion and delays. I hope the team can improve attention to detail and overall service to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Additionally, this place has always been on my bucket list since I was a kid — something I looked forward to for years. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the excitement or the expectations I had. The quality felt rushed and lacked the flavor and care I imagined. It’s disappointing when a place you’ve dreamed about doesn’t deliver the experience you hoped for. 0 if available, Very sad that this place is still operating, KFC, where is your standards, tables not cleared of previous diners rubbish waste and left overs that we actually had to clear our own table to be able to use one, 1 nice lady staff doing all works: clearing, doing counters then dispensing orders was clearly overworked as her manager hides somewhere, we sat next to what seems to be 2 staff from previous shift, eating but nonchalant or just does not care, to make matyers worst as we are eating, vagrant children actually came in asking for money and taking food from previous uncleared table, again no actions from staff, when asked for the manager as these kids started bothering us as we ate.
