McDonald's — Restaurant in Mabalacat

We ordered a Mcshare for 3 which includes 3 Drinks, 3 Rice, BFF Fries and 6 Pcs Chicken. However, when grab delivered the food; there was 3 rice missing items and upon coordinating with grab, we confirmed that the staff in Clark M Recto forgot to pack them. Grab had to request it back to your staff in order for us to get the missing items and worst part is, they refused to call us back to apologize for the inconvenience and never offered your delivery service to deliver the missing items. The grab needs to do all the work and we tip him for that and that is really negative point for you guys.

I suggest to plot an overnight manager to handle this kind of miss-out or better yet, make your staff undergo to a retraining for them to be familiarize with the bundles cause this isn’t the first time that we experience this on your store. Today i placed an order of bundle 3. As i’ve checked the items 3 rice were missing and the cutlery which i requested in the app. I chat the grab driver and advised maybe the restaurant forgot it. The grab driver advised this restaurant and they contacted me and asked me what’s the concern. They didn’t even apologize. And they told me they will going to deliver the missing items, that’s 12:33pm, and now it’s 1:36pm and we haven’t eaten yet because we’re waiting for our missing food. I think the management should look really into this experiences. Your asking for a survey and yet doesn’t even bother to apologized in the first place. Food is great and the company is great too, but my concern is the manager’s she/he doesn’t have respect to their crew they are bully,disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Thai McDonald store all Managers is bully and some of their crew is bully too. New crew they resigned because they are not feeling safe to this McDonald store at inside Clark.
