Disappointing Experience at Burger King Buendia!
I visited your Burger King location at Buendia last Friday and left feeling extremely disappointed. During my meal, another customer accidentally spilled a drink on my pants. While accidents happen, what really frustrated me was the lack of prompt assistance from your staff, especially the shift manager. Although I eventually received an apology, it was delayed and didn’t come with any immediate effort to resolve the situation.
This delay made it extremely difficult for me to continue with my plans, as I still had errands to run. To make matters worse, while this was going on, your staff seemed more focused on cleaning the dining area than addressing customer needs. More customers arrived, but there were no available seats, forcing people into cramped spaces. This caused discomfort for everyone and contributed to a poor experience overall.

I normally bring a bicycle with me, so when I was briefly informed by their security guard where to leave my bike, I appreciated the assistance and the additional reassurance from their guard that it's safe as they're always checking their parking area.
staff was really friendly as well, even when upselling certain items. gave a good estimate on how long my order would take to make and I always had a great experience with the quality of the food. their dining area is really clean as well, making for a really pleasant experience, regardless of dining in or just waiting for takeout.
