KFC — Restaurant in Makati

First time to visit this branch, I didn't know there is a KFC branch at the back of Cash and Carry. The place is clean and the guy who was assigned in cleaning all the tables and floor was actually a middle-aged guy. Probably it was one of their way of helping people his age to get a decent job. Kudos to KFC. The guy works fast, he's courteous to all customers, he even helped a couple of customers who are not familiar in using the touchscreen-order-taker. The staff at the counter were also courteous and they pay attention to what customers' still need even after serving your meal. The place is not too big but good enough to accomodate a large crowd. They also have a drive-thru and a couple of parking slots both for car owners and riders. Service was fast, thanks to that...

Worst KFC branch ever. Dined in a not so busy time (only 3 customers in the resto). Went for a QUICK pee break right after I order and the cashier must've called my name that time (which I wouldn't hear obviously). Then I waited 15-20 minutes only to know that the order was already ready. But the cashier never called my number after the initial one (just once). Why??? She's not even busy

Poor service, we complained about the chicken being raw, they didn't even bother to check the food and insist it is because of marinade but it is obviously not, it has pink flesh right to the bone, this may cause risk in our health. I encountered this kind of situation to other fast food chains but they act and replace it immediately.
