TL/DR: Don't book a party/large food order with them. They do not know how to get things right and they can not coordinate among themselves.
We made a Large Food Order for my daughter's party. We signed a contract with them that states food, time of delivery, amount. Since we wanted to include spaghetti, they wanted us to sign a waiver. No problem with it. On the day of the party I received a call, the person said he was from McDonald's, and he's already outside the school gates at 12:30 pm. I was surprised, it was clearly stated in the contract that delivery time is 1:30pm. So, I called the branch, talked to the person who arranged the contract with, she told me that she is the one who is going to deliver the food, so it's not possible that the food is already there.
A few minutes after I talked to her, she called again, apologizing that the food was indeed delivered early. So the chicken, spaghetti, juice, and the burger has been delivered an hour before the agreed time. I got mad, because they asked me to sign a waiver absolving them of assuring quality of food and yet they delivered the food earlier than the agreed time. I talked to the manager, they said they'll replace the food. They did, it arrived 15 minutes before the kids were supposed to go home. And they did nothing about the juice. So we...
