Service is now much slower now after its been renovated. You could order just a cheeseburger takeout and they would prioritize making the meal for 2 different people that takes longer to make and would waste your time more. It took me 1 in a half hour just to get my cheeseburger takeout while before it was renovated I could get my cheeseburger takeout in just a few minutes. Its because they are now following an order service like McDonald's which makes no sense, you should just do the easiest way not make it longer than ever. I could even see people in line before me get their orders FIRST even though mine was just a cheeseburger.

Atmosphere is now shorter now too, I know it badly needs a renovation but now it has lesser tables now and they don't provide seats for people who are waiting in takeout, they just want them to stand there for half an hour just to get their order. sometimes the people who are waiting for takeout sit on the designated chair that is made for customer who wanted to dine in.

Food also sometimes incomplete. Fries would often have no salt in them which made us hate it because its flavorless and did not get salt AT ALL. sometime original chicken would taste spicy because it was placed with a spicy chicken and they didn't even bother to separate it. In the takeout station the staff are slow too and they are all WAY too new for that job that it takes them longer for me to get my cheeseburger wrapped.

If you are in a short schedule and expect to dine in, I do not recommend you to go to this branch. They would most likely take half of your time and you probably would not find a table available, unless you have friends that could save you a seat, ALSO the staff are still so new and unreliable, try to not rely on them and double check what is missing in your order. this would...

It would’ve been nice if the team had utilized their technology more i.e., I had to wait in line 40 minutes for our meal. Once, I had gone to the bathroom. I didn’t want to bother following up as I knew they were busy attending to a party upstairs however upon asking, our meal had been waiting for us the entire time. 1) I didn’t assume it was ours because we ordered the original chicken and not the spicy one which that tray had (again, didnt bother having this error changed because I knew they were already busy) 2) I was relying on the screen to call out the number the whole time. I wish they had utilized it more. Our number was on the “now preparing” part, while other numbers were regularly being updated. What’s the point of the number system if it wasn’t being used? 3) If the team couldn’t rely on its technology (which it seemed to work just fine), couldn’t the team have shouted the claim number every now and then to follow up the poor cold food waiting for its hungry customer? Overall, I suggest training the staff to utilize the screen call out system more efficiently or scrapping that altogether and using a buzzer call out system instead.

EDIT: Upon checking further reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who encountered this issue. One review was very similar to my experience, and suggested the very same thing I recommended: the buzzer system. Team had already acknowledged and considered changing to this system. This is ridiculous, It's my second time ordering in this branch. 1am there's only a couple of customers, they are still not able to clean and wipe the tables quickly. The second time for the same disappointment. There are more than 7 crews visible, they are not busy. The table was not wiped clean for 15 mins. STILL THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CLEAN IT. THEY EVEN DID NOT LOOK to check that they know there are customers coming. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH.
