Review of Go Hotels Mandaluyong Pros: 1. Impeccable Cleanliness: The hotel maintains impeccable cleanliness standards, ensuring a hygienic environment for all guests. 2. Room Comfort: Rooms offer just the right amount of coolness when set to the lowest temperature. However, during summer, rooms facing the MRT station can become uncomfortably hot. 3. Fresh Linens and Amenities: Linens, towels, and beds are consistently clean, enhancing the comfort of guests. Amenities such as TV entertainment, liquid soap/shampoo, and a kettle are provided in the rooms. 4. Room Variety: Guests can choose from different room setups to suit their preferences and needs. 5. Friendly Staff: The staff members are approachable and easy to communicate with, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. 6. Lobby Improvements: Recent enhancements in the lobby area have significantly improved the guest experience, with a pleasant scent, seating options, and food choices available. 7. Convenient Amenities: Water dispensers are conveniently located on each floor, providing easy access to drinking water. 8. Parking Availability: The hotel offers parking at a reasonable cost, providing added convenience for guests. 9. Accessible Location: Situated near malls and business centers, the hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions. Cons: 1. Pillow Quality: The provided pillows may not be as fluffy as some guests prefer. 2. Limited Safety Box Availability: While safety boxes are offered, they may not be available in all rooms. 3. Elevators: A bit slow Overall, Go Hotels Mandaluyong offers a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay with friendly staff and various amenities. Guests should consider their preferences regarding pillow softness and safety box availability when booking. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility to nearby attractions adds to its appeal for travelers. They also have newspaper and nearby convenience store.

For an overnight stay, I paid ₱1,872, but prices are lower if you book earlier or check for promos on apps like Booking.com or Agoda. They also offer discounts for seniors and PWD. Go Hotels, now upgraded to Go Hotels Plus, is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Manda for work. It’s always clean, fresh, and a great place to relax. ✨Watch our full video review on this place via @fatfindersTV in Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. ✨ Outstanding Customer Service What makes me come back to Go Hotels is their excellent customer service. They’re very accommodating and flexible with any requests, making my stay much more comfortable. Clean and Refreshing Ambiance The lobby and co-working spaces are always spotless and smell amazing. The elevators and hallways are also well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable and Well-Equipped Rooms The rooms are cozy and clean, with freshly changed linens, towels, and comforters. They provide toiletries like shampoo, body wash, and dental kits. Each room has a TV, a kettle, mugs, and pitchers, plus individually controlled air conditioning for the perfect temperature. Convenient Amenities High-speed Wi-Fi is available to keep you productive, and there are free water dispensers in the hallways. If you get hungry, you can order from the lobby food outlet or visit the nearby convenience store.

Truly a Home Away from Home – Comfortable, Convenient, and Worth Every Peso!” I had a great stay at Go Hotels! I especially loved the hot and cold shower and faucet, plus the big mirror and bidet in the bathroom — such thoughtful details. The bed was big and super comfortable, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the Pasig River and sky from the large window. The hotel is eco-friendly with unlimited hot, warm, and cold water available at dispensers. The lobby is spacious, the internet is fast, and the staff are very kind and hospitable. Special kudos to Ms. Sandra, the receptionist on duty during my stay — she went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Excellent service! The food was good, and I appreciated the coffee and donut served. It’s also very accessible — near the MRT station, highway, with ample parking and two elevators. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends, colleagues, and family. It’s truly a home away from home — affordable and worth every peso!

If you're traveling with your family and especially if you have kids with you, this is not the right hotel for you.

Just spent four days & three nights at Go Hotel Cybergate Plaza and here are my observations:

Pros: Clean and spacious hallways Transport Access - accessible through EDSA. Their in-house transportation service is also fine. Safe & Secure - The door is as thick as a tank and there is a safety deposit box inside the room. There also is a 24 hr security in the lobby and a CCTV system is in place.

Cons: Super Shower - You can't distinguish the difference between hot and cold. Turning the knob to the right (supposedly the hottest setting) will give you a temperature of a tap water. Free WiFi - The worst WiFi experience I ever had in a hotel. For my three nights stay, my total time online was only 30 minutes at most. Most of my laptop time was spent trying to connect or reconnect without success. If you need to connect to the internet to retrieve emails or vital information or to communicate with you associates or loved ones then stay away from this hotel Service Plus - except for the the transport service personnel, their staff doesn't seem to care unlike other hotels in Manila I've been to where the staff are helpful and friendly. There also is a phone place inside the room that can only call information and the other rooms (what for?) hence worthless. They also provide room key cards that need to be reprogrammed regularly. During my 4 days 3 nights stay, I had to go back to the lobby at least four times because my key card cannot access my room anymore. Its really a hassle and not a good idea if you are in a hurry. There are no provisions where you can hang or organize the clothes that you'll be wearing for the next few days.Unless its OK with you to wear the same clothes for a week or attend meetings in formal attires wherein the fold markings (since your clothes stays inside your suitcase for the duration of your stay) are eminent then stay away from this hotel. No eating allowed inside the room - if you're bringing your kids with you then be prepared to pay P1000 fine. The purpose of staying in a hotel while travelling is for convenience and to relax. If you have to go out of your room every time you like to take a snack then what's the use of staying in a hotel? I think this policy is simply stupid and made to save expenses on hiring someone to clean the rooms.

It might be better if they change the name to Go Dormitory - its like a dormitory run by nuns.

I hope this will serve as warning to other travelers. I will NEVER go back...

Booked by mistake. Thought this was the one in Ortigas. Superior Queen BR in 5th floor is spacious and has good lightings. A little dusty but I like it. Downside is there is no fridge and the AC is focused in one direction. It woke up sweaty and could not sleep again because its hot. There's a hall in front of the elavator with sofa and 2 rocking chairs that makes me creep especially at night. The floor is big and empty most of the times and the hallways are a bit dim. 2nd day, had a situation. Disappointed with the Front Desk's lack of empathy and compassion in time of emergency. I asked for help if there's someone I could ask to buy Catapres in the drugstore 10 mins walk from the hotel (Watsons inside SMDC Light Mall). My BP spikes up even after taking my meds. I dont have Catapres for emergency to help lower the BP and I dont want to go out by myself because I might pass-out. The lady in the front desk I spoke to said it's against their policy allowing their staff to go outside the premises during working hours. Option she gave was they can help book Grab to go to the hospital or call someone else (relative). She keeps on asking me to call anyone from my family instead. I find it stupid! My family is 3 hrs commute away so how can they help? Hotel staffs are already in the area but refused to help. Good thing, Grab has the Pabili feature and I used it to buy the med from the pharmacy. I guess it took 20-30mins before the rider arrived. My BP was already 175/100 that time but I managed to go down to get it from the rider. After 2 hrs, the front desk called to check my status (if Im still alive I guess). Im already resting that time and my BP is already normal. Hotel Lesson: I thought helping out your customer is part of customer service. Did not know that this particular incident is not included on a 3 star hotel policy like yours. My lesson: Always bring Catapres. HB is really a silent killer; dont know when it...
