KFC — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

The food was good but the iced tea and the water taste like a plastic. We asked one of their staff to get 1more water and gave us right away and when we try it, it still the same. So we asked again and told their staff that it taste like a plastic maybe its because of the iced or the plastic cup. She gave us another water but still the same. So i decided to go to the counter and told them(other staff) that their water taste like a plastic. Then they still gave us another cup of water no iced , i think she get it from the second floor but when my husband try it , he told me that it was still the same. I asked the staff to try the water so they'll know. I heard her saying to their manager to try it ( in a little loud voice maybe to let me know that she was doing what i said). And their manager smiling like she's not believing what their customer said. Later on my husband decided to buy bottled water outside. A few minutes later, their staff comeback again with a 3glasses of coke, (but earlier when my husband is just ordering before we eat the staff told him that "ice tea" is their only option on drinks, so where is this 3 glass of coke came from? Did they lied everytime to push their "ice tea" or whatsoever because this is not the first time that they're offering the "only option is ice tea",) so i just told her no need for that my husband getting us bottled water outside. She said in not POLITELY and SINCERELY tone " sorry po ma'am. Acting like that and saying like that didn't mean APOLOGETIC to what it was. This is not the first time that we experienced this because we dine here almost 10times or more monthly because we lived nearby. We just dont want to happen this again because we love...

We've been eating here a couple of times. Food is nothing fancy, nothing out of the ordinary. Just regular KFC meals. Sometimes the seats are dirty. Crew are mostly efficient in taking and giving orders. More seats are upstairs. I want to take note that on KFC Ice Cream Day (July 16), they're supposed to serve free ice cream when the ice cream jingle comes on, but no one served ice cream, as if they don't have a...

I dunno know whats the problem of staff on counter area....parang bawal magrequest. Me and my partner got some snacks also Dine here around 9pm tonight. I ordered mushed potato and zinger burger meal via kiosk for my partner and then going to the cashier my partner said or request to make it salted caramel or what do u call, their (new product) to taste sana since yun din pinunta namin to try their new product... and then CASHIER SAID "Eh na punch na po e" ung partner ko sge ok lang "na kung tutuusin pwede naman talaga icancel un hanggat hindi pa nababayaran and then punch another one. Ayun lang medjo masama loob namin nung nagdine dahil sa mga kahera jan sa kfc boni. Buti na lang medj ok pa ung dining staff niyo named PJ. I have baby na kasama and he cleaned our table well, medj lumubag loob ko. Cause i know usually sa mga night staff na dumuduty, very busy and rude, but this man he's ok and i hope he remains the same. Sana maimprove yung service especially sa counter area dahil not once but many times kami nagoorder here, like a loyal customer. pero parang mas lumalala pagdating sa c'service.
