Food 👍👍👍👍👍 5 of 5 The orders were served quickly, food hot, drinks ice cold. Sanitized utensils.

Ambience 👍👍👍👍 4 of 5 The seats are comfy. Standard Shakey's interior concept. Pretty busy but not noisy so all is well. They don't have acrylic dividers compared to other branches I've been to this covid season.

Accessibility 👍👍👍👍👍 5 of 5 Direct parking wheelchair ramp at the ground floor what's to complain about. Separate toilet for male, female, and pwd.

Cost 👍👍👍👍👍 5 of 5 Best advice get a Supercard. 10% off on dine out, buy1take1 on delivery. The prices are not extravagant in the portions are big. A little more than Greenwich, a little less than Yellow cab in terms of peso cost.

Staff are accommodating but somehow lacks warmth. They look and sound stiff. Maybe because the place is so cold with aircons everywhere. And it’s late in the evening. Maybe that’s why, because it’s a 24-hour store. Though the food are served hot, which is good, and the angus burger pizza is good, too (but the crust is somehow sloppy when it’s supposed to be thin crust), but hey, it’s as if I’m in a restaurant with a crew of robots. I mean, c’mon, this is supposed to be Shakey’s. I should’ve celebrated my late evening pre birthday bash somewhere else. They didn’t even bother to give me my change. With all these, hello there, customer service.. 🙁 Good thing I was with my some of my close friends that i forgot...

Waitstaff were very friendly and accommodating. They suggested meals for us that were practically the same as what we wanted but cheaper. Service was fast compared to other Shakey’s branches. Place was clean and cozy. Food was surprisingly less salty than that of other branches. Food was served hot (as it should be). Garlic bread was soft and buttery. It was my first time to try their Mushroom and Spinach thin crust pizza and it was great! The Greek salad they had seems slightly different than the ones I had before but was nice just the same.
