Small coffee house packed with so many good stuff!
Had my brunch here with my son last May 28 prior to a PT session. The food was surprisingly good and priced reasonably. Too good that we forgot to take photos! So today, June 4, I’m back after another PT session. This time, I remembered to take pictures of the good food I tried -grilled chicken pesto and truffle fries. The servings are good for sharing, especially if you don’t have a big appetite. I also ordered burnt caramel coffee to wash down my heavy lunch. Boy, was it heavy! Coz the food lasted me til 7PM! The fries were too much to finish so I had to take them home with me. What else makes YDG amazing? *Good food with big servings with prices that don’t break the wallet! *Friendly staff *Pet friendly-a li’l doggo came in to accompany her furmom *Fun space to hangout. It’s right beside the gym, near the grocery and some banks, too.
Came back here after a week. Ordered the truffle mushroom pasta. It didn’t disappoint-both in taste...

Really good food and coffee and I want to go back already.
But
Unsure about some of the staff tho as I felt unwelcome and I felt like a nuisance for being a customer unless, of course, you're wearing Gucci's, Rolex's, etc. No smiles, thought that I only wanted to order one drink (rushing me to pay immediately), they'll just give your drink and turn their backs immediately (good luck guessing with your mates the coffee they just gave you), put your utensils far from you, no thank you's. I've been to fancier cafes but i felt like a street kid that they want to shoo away but can't. Wasn't even a busy hour.
Maybe I'm just tired and really pissed after walking for maybe around 30 minutes trying to look for a working ATM but it would be nice to see smiles from people you do business with or at least make you feel welcome (buti pa yung mga hindi naka...
Read moreCentennials and millenials will love this place because of its cozy interior. Location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle. If ever you're stuck in traffic along Shaw Boulevard near the Addition Hills area, or just wanted to hang out, unwind here at YDG and treat yourself with a cup of coffee. Plenty of parking spaces since its in Mandala Park.
PB Latte It's peanut butter + honey + milk + espresso, this one's a genius. The peanut butter went well with the chocolatey hint of the Mt Apo beans. By the end of your drink, peanut butter pulp awaits you.
Breakfast Platter You'll get two eggs, a toast, and very generous servings of coffee cured pork and sauteed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. I'm not really a big fan of veggies, but the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes seem to take the spotlight in this dish. You'll get free coffee if you order between 8am to 12nn, which you can upgrade to any of their signature styles for an...
