KFC — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

We all know all the fast-food chains serve the same food, same way of cooking. So, we don't expect the other branch have tastier food than the oher. The only difference is the people of that branch how they will handle the custoner and how they make their branch a welcoming one. Well, this branch, failed on those. Horribly. First, their branch looks like it came from a 1980's horror set because it's visible darker than usual branches. The ceiling fan that makes the lights from the ceiling looks flickering didn't help at all. Aside from it may cause vertigo to their customer. It's just plain scary 😱😱😱 Next, is their staff. Aside from they don't look happy to be there at the tims of our visit, they look tired and messy. Maybe, changing their mask into a cleaner version will help. And make them smile when thei approach the customer, specially if the customer is smiling. The food, as I said, the same as the other branch. Almot finger lickin' good.

If Col. Sanders will see this branch I don't he'll be happy. Maybe he's turning in his grave RN.

My husband and daughter just came from KFC Mandala today, Sept 6, 2025 They were served spoiled mashed potatoes!

When they spoke to the manager, Agnes Ricafort, she said it was a new recipe but my husband insisted. So one of the staff got a new container of mashed potato and it was also spoiled!

Imaging how many people got impacted with this. They should have better controls and ensure the food is freshly made and not served old. Or perhaps have a cleaner work environment to avoid any bacteria from getting into the food.

KFC mandala is spacious, it has a massive parking lot.. the staff here are courteous and efficient.. but during the time we were here I notice that the hand sanitizer bottle was empty good thing I had my own hand sanitizer and the protocol for temperature checking was not followed, moreover I saw one their staff in the kitchen, he was not wearing his mask properly and lastly some areas here were not cleaned properly.. but overall I still love KFC..
