This marks our second visit to this exceptional Japanese restaurant, and I must say, it has once again exceeded my expectations. The food here is simply outstanding, with flavors so exquisite that they leave a lasting impression, making it impossible for me to resist returning. When the time came to plan our anniversary celebration, I immediately suggested to my boyfriend that we dine at Taishu Yakiniku, as it has become one of my favorite places to enjoy a memorable meal.

What sets this restaurant apart is not only the delectable cuisine but also the overall experience it provides. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion like ours. Additionally, the staff deserve immense praise for their professionalism and attentiveness. They are not only quick to respond to requests but also ensure that every aspect of the dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we felt genuinely cared for, which added to the delight of the evening.

Choosing Taishu Yakiniku for such an important celebration was a decision I will never regret. It holds a special place in my heart, and I look forward to many more visits...

We had a satisfying meal at Taishu Yakiniku, ordering their pork rice bowl and samgyupsal-style beef and pork.

The pork rice bowl was delicious—served hot with tender slices of pork, lightly sautĂ©ed onions, and a flavorful sauce over perfectly cooked rice. The addition of Japanese mayo and fresh green onions gave it a rich and balanced taste that really hit the spot.

We also tried their samgyupsal-style beef and pork, which stood out for the quality and freshness of the meat. Grilled right at the table, the natural flavors of the beef and pork really came through—juicy, savory, and satisfying. Paired with dipping sauces and sides, it made for a hearty, enjoyable experience.

They have tempura also, which is fried to perfection and its UNLIMITED.

The vibe at Taishu Yakiniku is casual and welcoming, with fast service and friendly staff. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick rice bowl or a more interactive grilled meat experience, this place delivers on quality and flavor.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving something simple...

Taishu Yakiniku nails the vibe you’d expect from a refined Japanese-inspired dining spot. The soft, elegant lighting and wood-accented interiors instantly set a relaxing mood. The staff strikes a lovely balance between attentiveness and courtesy, making the whole experience feel effortlessly polished.

The menu is strong overall, featuring unlimited sushi rolls, premium meats, tempura, salads, and more all thoughtfully prepped and presented. However, a couple of elements felt just off their freshest mark: ‱ Sushi roll came across as a bit dry, missing the succulent touch you’d hope for. ‱ Some of the lettuce served alongside felt slightly limp, or wilted rather than delightfully crisp.

Overall, hospitality feels genuinely warm, and the setting is both intimate and tastefully designed. The food is generally enjoyable, but a couple of dishes, like the sushi roll and fresh salad, left room for...
