Jollibee — Restaurant in Mandaue

We dine in here 1-2 times a week for breakfast and sometimes for dinner. For the past 1 year dining here, nothing much has improved on their service and crew's performance & professionalism.

It is common to their cashiers (although not all) that you need to repeat your order atleast twice. It is always frustrating that they dont get your orders right the first time so you have to repeat yourself again and again. It is either they dont listen or has poor comprehension. There is this 1 cashier who will cut you while you say your order. Will not make you finish and as if she knows your order already but you end up repeating. Wait time for food serving is at least 20 minutes even if there are only 2-3 tables occcupied by customers. Worse ever was when they served food first to koreans despite me being first to make an order and it was even just 1 meal. When I finally made a follow-up after 20minutes it was the only time they prepared my meal. It was a good example of being a 2nd class on your own country! The crews and even the manager will just show you their poker / blank face reaction nwhen you call them out. It seems they dont like their job at all they should just look for another job. The spoon and fork are always hot you need to hold it with tissue or cloth. Music is almost always too loud. Crew gathering during their break makes loud noises that disturb other customers. It will always take them awhile to cleanup tables despite you see their crew chatting ang laughing on the side.

My husband and I are senior citizens, we took our breakfast in your store on Oct. 08. We ordered cheezy classic with fries and upgrade pineapple juice and corned beef with hot choco. I paid the amount of P299. 14. I approached your cashier Nicole coz I felt there's something wrong with the computation but she only answered that it was system generated. Today Oct 9, we took our breakfast at Jollibee Sykes and we only paid 249.00 with the same order we had in your store. My question do to have the same system with all Jollibee restaurant? Next time treat the senior citizen with utmost...

One of the best Jollibee franchise I've ever been to.

Accomodating staffs, they greet you before or as you order, they are fast. Many said in the comment that despite a hectic schedule, they still maintain those swift and good service, that is so true.

The food tastes like home, I mean... similar to the Jollibee in our hometown/city. There are many branches I've tried and didn't go up to par but this one, yum.

Aircon is well maintained and seats are well organized. It also helped that it is accessible to our hotel where we stayed.
