I've had some memorable dining experiences, but "TsiBoom Native Restaurant" has unfortunately set a new low. My recent visit for dinner was an exercise in disappointment, from the food to the service. Hoping for a satisfying meal, I ordered the grilled bangus, only to be served what can only be described as a culinary tragedy. The fish was an absolute disaster—the tail meat was a mushy, watery mess, while the rest of the fish was so overcooked and dry it practically crumbled into dust. The flavor was overwhelmingly of char, as if the cook had forgotten the fish on the grill and then tried to pass off the burnt offering as a delicacy. My attempt to address this was met with a level of indifference I've rarely encountered. When I pointed out the burnt state of my meal to one of the staff, his reaction was not an apology or an offer to replace it, but a brief look followed by a laugh. It's truly a unique kind of customer service when the staff finds your legitimate complaint amusing. It's one thing for a kitchen to have an off night, but it's another entirely for the staff to be openly disrespectful about a customer's complaint. This establishment seems to have mastered the art of both. Save your time and money; there are plenty of other places where you can get a decent meal without feeling like the...

Had tried this restaurant(Tsiboom Parkmall) a year ago during my vacation. My partner liked the seafoods monggos “that time”. We decided to dine in again this time since we were happy and satisfied from our previous visit. But then, our experience today was totally disappointing.

ordered SEAFOOD Monggos but we only got 2 piece of mussels. We asked the waiter maybe it is just a mistake, he went to the counter and asked the “cook” i guess he is not a “chef”. Then he went back to our table and informed us, “Mao ra jud daw Mam”. After that, no one check on us. The restaurant is not that busy, serving only 4-5 tables that time. The server are so crowded in the counter but no one notice when we wave our hand to get an additional rice. I liked the grilled tanguige anyway. No manager/supervisor to do quality check in each table. 👎

Might rate the restaurant average if the feedback from the time we ask about their menu “SEAFOOD” monggos has been...

Hi, I’d like to share a recent experience. Around 12 noon today, I was about to dine in but changed my mind and brought food from Tiktilaok instead. Since the outdoor area wasn’t crowded and it was very hot, I sat at one of the tables outside to take a small bite because I was having an ulcer attack.

One of your crew members approached me and said, “Hawa deri kay dili pwede ari kan-an. Adto lang sa gilid, ma’am.” I understand and respect your restaurant policies, but I believe it could’ve been communicated in a more polite and respectful manner. As someone who is introverted, I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave with my partner.

I hope this feedback helps improve how customers are approached in similar...

This is my first time here as I made a quick visit to ParkMall. Even though you are in a public area such as this restaurant (be sure to keep an eye on all your belongings.) As for the food it’s above mediocre. The pansit was okay and nothing spectacular. Also, the calamari was nothing to brag about. I’m glad I got the opportunity to eat here though.
