OYO 894 Cosmo Hotel P Campa Manila — Hotel in Manila

We booked online and we already paid one week ago. How come they didnt noticed that? Oh common.. So We arrived there before our check in then suddenly my name not listed on their guest lists. And they already fully booked. then they are explaining and they recommend to transfer on espaπa branch. we choose to understand coz I dont want that stress affect my beings and all because I will take my board exam.. then we checked in there.. hoping that after the long trip and super tiring day will paid off because finally you have a comfortable place to relax. We entered in the room no dust bin, no foot rags. no tissue..no water to drink The breakfast food that I expected because the online or in the booking. com indicated their that there is food and drink. So please... remove that items online when there is no food and drink included. And also, the customer service (front desk) is not that approachable.. She doesnt know the word customer...

Best place to stay for couples alike.

I don't recommend this place though for people who are expecting above the 3-star rating of a hotel. It's an ordinary hotel with basic amenities (like TV, WI-FI, Bath, Air conditioning and others). This is not a prestigious hotel.

Soundproofing, not so much. You can hear other people noise from other rooms.

Cleanliness varies from room to room. Some rooms need a little more cleaning. And some are clean as it's brand new.

Maintenance, moderate. Lighting, some are not functioning properly. The elevator needs a visit by the technician because of some noise during operations. Air-conditioning units need cleaning or replacing due to slow or not functioning as intended, cooling the room. TV channel coverage is very poor, viewing is not positioned properly at bed level especially watching while in sleeping position and sound quality is not...

1st. Pictures on google is not that real. 2nd. The receptionist is not accomodating. She never smiles. When i return the key after my stay she just get it without even saying Thank You. 3rd. The room is smelly and have many stains, even cockroaches. 4th. The rooms are not soundproof you can loudly hear sounds & noises w/n the surroundings. 5th. Blanket is curtain-made cloth, the ones in my room where i stayed were even tore 😂 LOL. 6th. The AirCon is too loud you cannot sleep peacefully.😅 7th. The showers are broken at walang timba sa banyo, imagine how did i take a bath omg.😅Not worth it to...
