KFC — Restaurant in Manila

We were so hungry and looking for a place to eat and we found one since the condo of my daughter is just around Espana. There were three cashier terminals but only one was being used hence, the long line. Good thing service was fast. While me and my daughter got our orders there was a homeless kid who wanted to get our food so my husband went to the counter and informed KFC personnel. They said "pasensya po" and gave the homeless kid some food so as not to bother us and also some diners inside. What bothered us is that we noticed some are there to distract us and looked like goons. It's like a lot were there to connive with one another and who knows maybe target us so they can steal something from us. It was sad because there were no security guards even just to protect diners eating inside. Please be more vigilant with your valuables and surroundings while you're in...

I peeked inside, the place was almost empty, lest the presence of a few people. This made me choose eating here over McDonald's which were full of customers, unfortunately, as I've come to learn just recently, it was a mistake. I ordered my food not much and this could easily have been served to me, it took NEARLY an hour. The service was abhorrently slow, I had to go back and forth multiple times to check if it was ready, only when I actually asked for my order did they notice that they haven't prepared it, this took another 10 mins, once I had my food, I noticed that the serving was abysmal. I would recommend this branch of KFC to anyone who wants to waste their time and or not be satisfied with the food they ordered.

Side note: There's a reason why McDonald's is more popular...

I gave this branch another chance after they gave me the worst presentation of food when I ate on christmas day(half of styrofoam for chicken and half of paper plate for the rice. Crazzyy!!!)

Now, i ordered another one while im waiting for my car to get washed on the carwash near this branch.

But boyyyyy, They didnt just gave me a small chicken(bigger than the rice) they even gave me a dry one! (its like when you reheat the chicken, you can already feel that the meat is very hard) and ofcourse they dont have utensils again, but they gave me a plastic one thats trying hard to cut through the dry meat.

Advance RIP to KFC...
