This is essentially just mediocre peudo-Chinese carinderia fare. The lumpiang sariwa has too much brown sugar, the meals are served lukewarm, and the pork dish had a cornstarchy gravy, nothing hearty or full-bodied about it at all. Seriously, I've had better lumpiang sariwa in other simpler places, and we can even make an even better legit version in our own house.
The place is cramped and unkempt too. Also, the guy who's probably the owner is too busy manning the cashier maybe because he doesn't trust anyone else enough, instead of greeting customers or actually making sure that the meals are served OK.
