Bacolod Chicken Inasal was really good! I loved the taste of their chicken; soft, tender, and flavorful enough that you can enjoy it even without any sauce.
Their pork sinigang is my absolute favorite! It’s probably the best sinigang I’ve ever tasted. The pork is soft, and the soup has the perfect balance of sourness and sweetness, hard to describe, but I just love it.
