Bo’s Coffee - Marikina — Restaurant in Marikina

It's a new branch. So everything is new and pristine. It's clean, service is fast. Staff members are attentive. I've never actually had Bo's before. Their food is actually good. Their coffee is also good - had the Mt. Apo specialty coffee.

But there is one thing I absolutely DISLIKE about this branch - the acoustics. I'm used to working and studying at cafes, and it doesn't bother me too much when people talk loud. However, at this specific cafe, the sounds just seemed a lot more amplified. I thought I was just being too sensitive to noise, but even when I put music on, the cafe noise was too loud for me to handle. Then I realized it probably had something to do with the room itself. It seems like the sounds reflect off the walls a lot.

Not the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Even if you have the place all to yourself, the whirrs of the coffee machine and blender are unfortunately annoying enough.

So, still giving 5 stars because it's a nice place to hang out, clean, friendly staff, good food, value for money. But I really hope they do something about the acoustics (pls install those things that...

This is not my first time on Bo's Coffee, my usual order is their tropical fruit black tea. So i know the difference. Here at this branch, their tropical fruit black tea doesn't have any pineapple bits or anything. The tea is not filtered well, there are residue of the tea used all over my drink(pic attached). The drink is not packaged well. While driving, there is leakage on my drinks.

As for the biscotti, it is already crushed. They just fit it in the middle of our drinks so the moisture and the coldness transferred.

Danish is good. But that's it. Worst branch I ever...

Food serving is generous. I ordered bacon breakfast platter, and they served a filling amount of bacon unlike other restos that only serve 2-3 strips.

Service was fast and efficient, they served all my orders correctly in a short amount of time. This branch is also very generous in providing wifi access and numerous sockets for charging gadgets. It's not everyday we see a cafe that provides one for every table, even their al fresco dining area has available sockets.
