KFC — Restaurant in Marikina

Our family loves the food, the drinks, the pricing, the air-conditioning but we do not feel safe and could not fully enjoy our time and our privacy! There are vendors, beggars and vagrants entering the place disturbing people: (1) Young people claiming to be students who need to augment their education expenses and offering overpriced items, (2) Children and adults asking for money, or (3) getting left-over food from table to table for a free meal. The staff would point the finger to the Riverbanks security if you complain, and the situation just goes on and on.

KFC please do something about this. We go to your restaurant chain expecting an undisturbed private time to eat and rest a bit after an exhausting day at work.

The staff needs to communicate more effectively and refrain from arguing with the customer about missing items in the order.
