Poor costumer service.

The cashier named Nicole Quebe was rude and did not know how to respond properly to a customer. My child and I dined in earlier and I ordered 1 BBQ Liempo meal with drink, then I added sinigang and extra rice. Since the sinigang did not come with a drink, I also asked the cashier to add an extra iced tea together with the extra rice. I even repeated my order to her, but in the end, she still did not punch in the extra drink.

When our order arrived, it was missing one drink, and instead of simply apologizing for her mistake, she responded rudely.

To Andok’s Ayala Malls South Park, please train your staff properly on how to handle situations like this with regard to customer...

Staff is friendly and attentive, they are very welcoming. Spacious and the atmosphere is tranquil. Servers are also polite. Comfort room is wel maintained and it has bidet. I really like the interior its giving an industrial minimalist feel. The only downside is the AC is kinda weak, maybe because it's new years eve i dont know, but...
