The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Festival Mall — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

I went here for a meeting. It was a Monday before lunch.

When I arrived, half of the tables were already filled. The counter wasn’t busy so my order was taken immediately. Service was also fast.

The AC was cool and very important since it was such a hot day out.

It’s located just beside the parking lot and the entrance driveway so it had very easy access.

Their comfort room was clean though it did not have tissue when I used it. I told them later on that the tissue ran out and they refilled it. They also don’t have soap to wash your hands with. For a pricey coffee shop, no soap in the CR was disappointing. You also cannot enter the CR without the code found in your receipt.

There were plenty of outlets around the place to plug in your gadgets, this is great.

But, they don’t serve meals in this place anymore. They only have pastries and coffee. So you’ll have to get your meal somewhere else.

It’s a great place to have coffee, to rest and relax, to hold your meetings...

Not perfect yet I was satisfied on my dining experience. They serve several food type and drinks. Pasta, salad, deserts and several local rice meals. Mean while they also serve liquor, beer, coffee, frappe and juices. Sometimes they also have live band performance to entertain thier guest. The place is situated on the center of calamba laguna business district on the roof deck of green glass hotel. There is a limited parking underground but if needed to bring a car maybe it can be park on the nearby sm mall. They have a very spacious parking. It is also convenient even for erderly since they have 2 service elavators. A stairs is also available. If you are Lanning to commute there is also numerous mode of transformation nearby. I'm not certain if they extend time during the weekend since never been there...

This happened around Dec 18, 2024. I ordered iced chai but the barista mustakenly made a hot one. Then I said calmly, “ Sir, Iced po ung order ko” then what has taken me aback was he didn’t even apologize and he grabbed the cup and he was fuming while redoing my tea order. I didn’t get his name because I have friends waiting for me. But I was planning to talk to his manager. That is not a good customer service. Or should I say, the worst that I experienced ever. You shouldn’t be like that to your customers and don’t treat them like that since it was your mistake in the first place. I just got home from the states so my friends told me there is really a barista there that is masungit.
