EL RANCHO HOTEL ALABANG — Hotel in Muntinlupa

Hotel has very poor service, nor compassionate or understanding.

Mistakenly, I’ve booked a room under my name for the 10 day isolation. It was suppose to be for my mother in law. The representative I talked gave me the run around…. Expedia is currently working this issue.

PI government is run poorly. They mandate isolation in which visitors and their citizens needs to pay for. This should be a government funded on Covid-19 protocol. They’re all about taking and stealing your money.

Rooms are not well cleaned I saw dusts and dirt under the bed. You'll also feel electric shock in the water which is not normal. We complained about the water and indeed we were transferred to another room but we can still feel electric shock from the faucets. We said that we still have to get our things from the previous room and no staff even assisted us to help with our things. No one waited to retrieve the key from the previous room and though we were really tired, we did it ourselves. Also no hot shower when we badly needed one. AC is not...

I've stayed in this hotel already for 3 times. No good experience each and everytime. Here are the reasons why...

Wifi is slow. If you have data, that would be 10x faster. I checked speed test, internet is 120KBPS. Messenger hardly loads. No remote on TV. I called front desk to ask where it is. Front desk told me "Oh I'm sorry. You have to manually operate it.." So I was like, what?! There was a ROACH on our room. It even flew around. Outstanding.
