This would have been a four-star rating this time and last time I forget what I rated it but the same problem as last time. The Crimson hotel does not check regularly. The air conditioner filters in the rooms. For the second time in a row our room was filthy with the air conditioner filter. The air conditioner filter was so clogged with dust and dirt that it kept the air from circulating properly through the system. I went to management. I called them and I told them they need to clean these air conditioner filters as they are serving two things. They trapped the dirt and dust that come through the air that are brought in from the hallway and my wife does get asthma from having too much dust in the room. So this is an important thing. Plus it also collects the allergens that may be on the clothing and helps trap it and over a period of time. These filters need to be cleaned! Do you hear me? Crimson hotel? This is the second time I've been at your hotel and you are not cleaning your filters and my wife even asked when she booked the room to make sure the room we got had a clean air conditioner filter, it was not clean so apparently they're not listening to the guests and I guess this is probably the last time I'll be at the Crimson you could have had a fourth star and much better review. If you had done what we had asked before we occupied the room. Room. You'll never learn until somebody gets sick and they go ahead and take you to court. Because you're not cleaning your air conditioner filters in the rooms. Rooms. I will be filing a complaint against the Crimson hotel for this very thing. It's only until management is called on the carpet and told by a judge that they may want to start cleaning their filters because he's awarding damages to a client who slept in one of your rooms and got very sick, which happened to me the third time I was in the Philippines a year and a half ago. Mixed use building shared between business and residences. Unfortunately most of the people who are employed to work here are of very low social standard and have absolutely no manors, common sense or courtesy to others who try to inhabit this space peacefully. The introduction of Borading/bed spacing of Chinese tenants has brought the building to new level of disgusting bahavour. I would highly recommend anyone looking to live here to think twice if you like clean, pest free and relaxing environment. Building management is totally useless and powerless to enforce common decency on people using the building.
