Amore Hotel Manila — Hotel in Muntinlupa

Once you arrive at the reception there are notes written all over that the check out is 11am none of this is indicated when you book i told the reception that this is not written here she said the info is not yet updated here alright ill accept that. soon after getting your booking receipt and id the will just tell you that there is a P2,000 deposit, well i insist i didn’t see that when i booked it here i let here check the app and she said it was here, well nothing she still insisted it was on the T&C on the actual booking receipt or pdf but i showed her there is nothing she just told me to leave my id instead and not to give the amount they want when you arrived there no time for me to withdraw to go out of the heat of the sun. i will agree if this was written else where. Then we i get in the room the awfull smell of cigarette smoke will welcome you on the room eventho its not a smoking room and fine for smoking is written all over the place. Then when the time i will check out as usual they will the whole room for inspection well a different reception told me that there is a missing towel, i told her that there is only on bath towel when i came in 2 small face towel and 1 matt towel. she asked the room staff over the phone and they insisted that they left 2 bath towel. i told her thats imposible and next time they should have honest staff and I wont take any towel thats is alomost looks like a trash. Im really disappointed...

The most expensive but the worst place we stayed at in our vacation in the Philippines. Bathroom sink will not drain. Beddings looks dirty. No fridge and safety box. Cant read the AC remote control.

My husband had eye surgery and we requested for extra pillow because his head needs to be elevated but they said we have to pay P100 for it. We asked for an ice for a small ice pack and they lied many times to us. First they said they will bring it to the room, later they said they run out and the ice was still soft and then hours later they said they did not have any.

In the morning when I woke up, I asked for the ice again thinking its hard enough and we can have at least 3 to 4 cubes of ice for a little ice pack. Then the man in the front desk said, they dont have it , later on he change his reason and said he’s all alone there and he cant leave to get an ice for us inside the kitchen. And to think that we only need a few pieces of ice and they cant .even accomodate it ! The night front dest person does not even speak english Internet connection very poor and keeps disconnecting No shower floor or hand towel. Shower turn from hot to cold. Very poor service - Do Not Stay Here!!!!!!! There is more but do not have time to...

My two star goes to the internal decorations of the building. The customer service is a shame, the girl at the counter made me sit out until 3pm even when put in for early check in. I had to wait from morning till evening. Then the food menu is useless as the dont have most of the food. No taxi service, the room itself is very neat and well kept although it's also very small. Except you happen to book for a cheap discount online, the prices there isn't worth it. The worse part is that after I checked in, my business was delayed by one day and i wanted to extend my stay but to my shock I was told that I can't extend because others are go6to book the room. Worse thing I ever heard from any hotel in my life. In fact it's as if they ain't ready to run the business . I had to book a better hotel where I enjoyed my stay. It will be fair to say the lady that cleans the room is very efficient a d friendly and hard working. She deserved my tip more than anyone else. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone who's looking forward to a peaceful rest for your vacation or business...
