Graceland Magsaysay — Restaurant in Naga

Took 100 years to complete an order! NOTE: They already had a head start since I left my order and went to the store across the street to buy something else and spend about 30-45mins. They told me its fine since my order will be ready in 30min.

Queueing system is not so organized They released 2 orders after my order (I was those customers behind the line when my order was taken, processed, and paid) I follow up for my order multiple times They had to cook again for my order since it was given to a different customer for the second time.

In times where most stores offer cashless transactions this store still requires customers to pay in cash thus, I was forced to go to the nearest ATM machine for a quick cash. This was for new year so the line is a bit long and I had to start at the end...
